1st seminar on corporate criminal responsibility (COMPLIANCE PROGRAM) for chiefs and security officers
The next day December 19 , ATGroup and the AJSE organize the first Corporate Criminal Responsibility seminar.
From the entry into force of the reform of the Criminal Code through the L.O. 5/2010, legal persons are criminally responsible for certain crimes committed by their managers or employees.
In the seminar we intend to explain how the new reform will affect managers and security chiefs, so that they know what their responsibilities are before the tightening of the law.
The event will take place at the central offices of ATGroup (Avenida Meridiana 358, 4º B, Barcelona) at 9:15 , and is scheduled to end at about 1.
The presentation and closing of the event will be in charge of Mr. Antonio Cadenilla (Director of the AJSE). During the seminar there will be two presentations:
- "Corporate Criminal Responsibility within the functions of the chief and / or director of security" , in charge of Mr. Jorge Ortega , lawyer-criminologist.
- "Electronic certification in a Compliance system" , by Mr. Iván Moreno , account manager, legal sector of Lleida.Net
The program also includes a coffe break and the debate
"New CPR Regulation and its influence on chiefs and security managers" , where we will have the presence of 6 great experts in the matter.
